Every session follows this exact structure. Predictability creates safety.
Arrival & Grounding
We start with a cultural check-in to transition from the day. No small talk - just intentional arrival. Members share one word about their state of mind.
Note: Facilitator guides the grounding exercise and sets the tone for the session.
Hot Seat Round
One member takes the hot seat to share a real professional challenge. The group listens, then questions — it does not advise. The facilitator holds the structure: one voice at a time, questions that surface assumptions, no unsolicited solutions. By the time the hot seat closes, the member has usually named something they could not see when they arrived.
Note: Hot seat rotates each session. Everyone gets their turn over time.
Accountability Check
Each member reports on commitments made in the previous session. Did you follow through? What got in the way? The group holds space without judgment.
Note: This is the heart of the circle - where real accountability happens.
Resource Share & Open Exchange
Open time for sharing contacts, tools, opportunities, and asks. Members surface what they need and what they can offer. Connections happen here.
Note: This is where the network effect kicks in. Active participation is encouraged.
Commitments & Close
Each member states one specific, measurable commitment for the next two weeks. The session closes with intention and gratitude.
Note: Commitments must be specific enough to be accountable for next session.
