Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

By subscribing to Jirani Connect, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not subscribe. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Membership and Subscription

Founding Rate: The founding membership rate is $25/month. This rate is locked for founding members as long as your subscription remains active without interruption.

Billing: Your subscription is billed monthly on the anniversary of your signup date. Payment is processed securely via Stripe.

Circle Placement: Upon subscription, you will be placed in an accountability circle based on your professional track (Business & Entrepreneurship, Education & Academic, or Healthcare & Clinical). Circle placement is at our discretion to ensure balanced groups.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal. No phone calls or emails required. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your paid period.

Resubscription: If you cancel and later wish to rejoin, you will be subject to the membership rate in effect at that time, which may be higher than the founding rate.

Member Conduct

As a member, you agree to:

• Attend circle sessions regularly and on time
• Maintain confidentiality of what is shared in sessions
• Treat other members with respect and professionalism
• Honor commitments made to your circle
• Not share session content, recordings, or member information outside the circle

Violation of these standards may result in removal from the circle and termination of your membership without refund.

Confidentiality

What is shared in the circle stays in the circle. Sessions are not recorded. Members must not disclose personal or professional information shared by other members without explicit consent.

Intellectual Property

The Jirani Connect name, logo, and The Blueprint session format are our intellectual property. Members may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Jirani Connect provides a platform for peer accountability. We do not provide professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise). Members are responsible for their own decisions and actions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jirani Connect and its founder are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your membership at any time for violation of these terms or for conduct that disrupts the circle experience for other members. In such cases, no refund will be provided for the current billing period.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Riverside County, California.
