The Member Journey
From Application to Accountability.
Every step is designed. Nothing is left to chance. Here is what joining Jirani Connect looks like — from the moment you apply to 90 days in.
Apply and Get Vetted
You complete an application — your professional background, the circle you're interested in, and one honest professional challenge you're currently facing. Applications are reviewed within 48 hours. If accepted, you are placed in a circle of 4–8 professionals in a related field. The vetting process is the first thing Jirani Connect does for you — it protects the quality of the room before you enter it.
Receive the Circle Session Blueprint
Before your first session, you receive a one-page document: a minute-by-minute description of exactly what a 60-minute accountability circle looks like from the inside. What happens in the first five minutes. What accountability looks like by the end. What you walk away with. By the time you show up, you already know what you're walking into. No surprises. No ambiguity.
Show Up and Be Held
Every session opens the same way: what did you commit to at the last session, and did you do it? Each member reports honestly — no spin, no performance. The bulk of the session involves structured discussion of one or two professional challenges raised by members. The facilitator holds the structure, not the content. The session closes with each member naming one concrete commitment before the next meeting. Sixty minutes. Bi-weekly. Same people. Same accountability.
Stay Accountable Between Sessions
Members post updates to the Jirani Connect forum on the commitments they named at the close of the session. Your circle sees whether you did what you said. They will ask about it at the next session — not to judge, but because that is what it means to hold each other. Accountability does not live only inside the bi-weekly session. This is where it stops being theoretical.
What Compounds Over 90 Days
After 30 days: two sessions attended, one professional goal actively tracked by people who are not your employer, your family, or your followers. After 60 days: a pattern — you have either followed through or had to explain to your circle why you didn't. Both are growth. After 90 days: you have built professional relationships with 4–7 people who know your actual work, not your LinkedIn bio. That relationship is worth more than the sum of the sessions that created it.

Founding Member Rate: $25/Month
The founding rate is time-limited — it closes when the founding cohort phase ends. After that, the rate for new members is higher. If you join now, you lock in the founding rate as long as you remain a member.
This is not a subscription for content. It is a commitment signal — a way of separating the professionals who are serious from those who are still thinking about it.
Month-to-month. Cancel anytime. No lock-in.
The Founding Cohort Is Building What This Becomes.
Limited spots. Reviewed on a rolling basis. The professionals currently in the room are shaping the culture, the vetting criteria, and the circles that follow.
